Puffed fish feed machine is a kind of suspended bait transformed from puffed fish feed. The extruded bait is mostly granular, generally cylindrical or spherical, characterized by small specific gravity, small volume, light weight, and not easy to fall off after hook. The expanded bait can be used as bait to attract and lure fish, but it is worried about dispersing the fish because of its large particles and suspension in water. So many puffed baits are first made into large particles, and then broken into small particles as fine as rapeseed. Puffing is a process to change the structure of bait and form micropores, so the puffed bait mixed with water is elastic. When the expanded bait is used to rub the bottom of the bait, the bottom can be touched or removed without adjusting the buoy due to its small specific gravity and long holding time.

Operation Process
1. Mixer: add a certain proportion of water to the raw corn flour, rice flour, bean meal, fish meal, meat powder, cereal powder, additive and so on.
2. Screw conveyor: the motor is used for power screw conveying, and the mixed raw materials are transported to the feeding bucket of twin screw extruder. This equipment is convenient and quick to feed, saving labor and high efficiency.
3. Twin screw extruder: the structure of raw materials changes under high temperature and high pressure and high shear conditions, and is extruded by different shapes and sizes of dies. Feed extruder adopts advanced frequency conversion speed control technology, which is more energy-saving and speed control. The current and speed can be directly seen through the frequency converter panel in the motor operation, which is simple and clear.
4. Air conveyor: the feed particles produced are transported to the multi-layer drying equipment.
5. Multi layer oven: the oven is divided into electric oven, fuel gas oven and steam oven. The temperature is between normal temperature and 120 degrees. The baking temperature and baking speed can be set through the control cabinet. The oven mesh belt is made of stainless steel, and the transportation is stable and the failure rate is low. Feed particles are recycled by multi-layer S-shaped track, dried to water content, and the shelf life is increased.
6. Spray seasoning: spray oil, food lure, etc which can seasoning the products.
