Introduction Of Modified Starch Processing Line
Modified Starch Processing Line can produce Denatured Starch, Pre-gelatinized starch is an effective and economical fluid loss agent in water based drilling fluids, which is a starch derivative. It is not bacterial degradation when at 120°C, environmentally acceptable and non-toxic. Modified Starch can produce a thin, slick, tough filter cake and promotes faster penetration rates with reducer friction. It can be used in all kinds of drilling fluid system. Pre-gelatinized starch is also sometimes "pregelatinized" to make them easier to dissolve during product manufacture. Modified starch is widely used in oil drilling, textile, paper and food industries.

A: Our factory is in Jinan City, Shandong Province, China. It is near to Beijing, If by fast train, 2 hours is enough.
Q: How many days can I get the machines after placing order?
A: It will take around 20-30 working days to finish all the machines after receving the deposit.
Q: I do not have experience for the machines, how can I operate it when I receive?
A: When the machines arrive at your factory, our engineer will go to your local for machine installation and training. The engineer will teach your worker how to operate the machines and how to adjust the recipes.
Q: I do not have time to inspect the machines. Will you test all the machines before delivery?
A: Yes my friend. We will test and run all the machines before delivery. If you do not have time coming for inspection, we will take the machine running videos for you.
Q: How is the machine guarantee?
