Pasta production line Introduction:
Pasta is a traditional Italian cuisine, and gradually become the staple food all over the world. Saibainuo offer complete pasta production lines for a wide range of typical short-cut pasta shapes. 

Process as below, 
The raw material are mixed with precise ingredients and water. The extruding stage is carried out with a specially designed single-screw system to ensure optimal semolina mixing, compression and extrusion. Once the dough is kneaded to the required consistency,  it goes through fitted dies to produce the required shapes and cut to verious length.  After drying, the pasta is cooled and stabilized in the industrial pasta machine and then transported to storage or packaged directly.

MAIN MACHINE DETAILS

Mixer
Mix the raw material with water and other liquid additive fully.The machine mixes the flour and prepares them ready to be used in the next step.


Screw Feeder
Convey the mixed materials into single screw extruder in stainless steel roller. without leaking and pollution.


Single screw extruder
Extrude the raw materials and make them to the required shape and size of macaroni pasta.


Multi-layer oven
Used for drying, the temperature and mesh belt running speed can be controlled, and the drying time can be adjusted.

Q1: Are you a trade company or a manufacturer?
A1:We are a manufacturer,we have own factory and R&D department.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A2: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 20-35 days if the goods are not in stock, we could discuss
before contract.

A3: Yes, we will supply all the parameters, price, layout drawing, factory design etc.

Q4. Can you provide food or feed formula?
A4: We can provide basic formula for produce the food etc.
And help customer to produce new products according to customer's formula.

Q5: What is your terms of payment ?
A5: 30% T/T in advance ,70% balance before shippment after inspection.

Q6: How about the after-service?
A6: We will send 1 engineer to the buyer's factory for 7-14 days period installation and training to the operators.
