Introduction of  Fish Feed Processing Line

Our fish feed making machine is used to produce different kinds of pet food, flating fish feed, and sinking feed. It works with simple opeation, accurate parameter control. The products can be finished in the stipulated temperature, pressure, humidity and time. Owing to the reasonable design,special materials, the staility, repairs can be guaranteed and ensured. The various shape and taste must meet the different requirements of pet food.

Fish feed processing line includes steam methord machine and dry methord machine. In this article, the dry methord fish feed processing line will be introduced. Floating fish feed processing line includes two series.
One series is DLG serie single screw extruder processing line. The other series is TSE serie twin screw extruder processing line. DLG Series processing line is mainly for producing fish feed.
TSE Series processing line is always popular in fish feed area and pet food area.

All the machines are made by stainless steel, this line is with reasonable design and with high automation; the screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function.

5.The high temperature in the extrusion chamber (max. 160 Celsius) in accordance with the needs of customers. This temperature is necessary to remove the urea of the enzyme in soybeans, extending the shelf life of rice bran, cotton seed or detoxification.
6.The floating pellets can float on the water for about 24 hours. It is very catering and easy to be digested for animals, especially fish.
7.The raw material is experienced by the high temperature and high
pressure, so it can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections to ensure the pellet clean and healthy.
8.In the same case of the feed formula, the cost of using our extruder machine can be 60%-80% less than the market cost
