1.Floating fish feed extruder machine is used to produce different kinds of floating fish feed,sinking fish feed and pet food.It works with simple operation,accurate parameter control,The products can be finished in the stipulated temperature,pressure,humidity and time.Owing to the reasonable design,special materials,the stability,repairs can be guaranteed and ensured.The various shape and taste must meet the different requirements of pet food.
2.Floating fish feed extruder machine adopts corn flour, wheat flour,low temperature soya flake meal,rice bran,wheat bran,fish meal and so on as raw materials

Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers' Local voltage according to different countries
5. All the machines are made by stainless steel, this line is with reasonable design and with high automation; the screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function.
Fish Feed Production Line Flow Chart
1.Mixer: According to the production capacity, there are 3 machine models to choose from.
2.Conveyor: Convey the raw materials to the extruder.
3.Extruder: According to the production capacity requirements, from 100 kg per hour to 3 tons per hour, choose the DSE model extruder. The raw materials include corn flour, grain flour, soybean flour, shrimp flour, etc. The particle size depends on the die. The particle size that our machine can produce is 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm.
4.Hoist: Convey the fish food to the dryer, and the height of the hoist depends on the dryer.
5.Multi-layer dryer: Electric dryer, controlled by the control box, the temperature range is 0-200ºC. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer net. The drying time can be adjusted according to the speed. We have 3-layer 5m, 5-layer 5m, 5-layer 7m, 5-layer 8m, 7-layer 8m, 5-layer 11m steam dryers.
6.Screening machine: remove scraps.
7.Seasoning line: spray oil and attractant, the equipment includes: single roller, double roller, round roller, octagonal roller, which varies according to different production line settings, spray oil on the surface of the product to make it uniform.
8.Cooling conveyor: reduce product temperature and facilitate packaging.
9.Screening machine: remove waste, ensure quality, and ensure the reuse of materials.
10.Packaging machine: manual and automatic packaging machine.
