It can use corn, rice, and other grain powder as raw materials to produce a variety of core-filling snacks with different core materials, such as chocolate, cream, peanut butter, sesame paste, etc. And also it can produce many other puffed snacks by changing the moulds and adjust some assistant machines. 1. Mixer : Mixing all the raw materials in the recipe
2. Screw conveyor: Lift the materials to extruder feeder
3. Twin-screw extruder: Cook and form the raw materials under the condition of high temperature and high pressure.
4. Core filler: for jam,chocolate filling into product center.
5. Elevator: Send unfinished product to dryer
6. Gas/Electricity Dryer: Remove the moisture and make the snacks more crispy.
7. Hoister: Lift the products to Flavoring Rolls
8. Flavoring Line: Can make the snacks with different taste
9. Cooling conveyor: Cooling the finished product and send to next equipment
